By downloading, installing, or using APZME / My Sleep Hero, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.

Your use of APZME / My Sleep Hero does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and apZme, EnsoData, or any healthcare providers. EnsoData provides data analysis and test results that should be reviewed and interpreted by your healthcare provider.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
